Zesty lemony balls, an easy peasy healthy snack for everyone.
⅓ cup medjool dates
2 cups raw cashews
1 tbsp tahini
1 cup almond meal or blitzed almonds for chunkier version
2 tbsp Lemon Zest
Juice of 1 lemon

METHOD
1 - Combine all ingredients in food processor + roll into balls
2 - Cover with coconut if desired
