20 ml lemon dressing

500 g potato, diced (mashing or baking variety, not waxy)

250 g water, from cooking veg
150 g cashews, soaked
180 ml coconut milk
10 g nutritional yeast
10 g salt
10 g onion powder
5 g garlic powder
5 g sweet paprika
2 g cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Vegan Cheese Sauce
2. Simmer the vegetables in pot until tender.
3. Remove from water & reserve some water.
Blend the vegetables with the remaining ingredients & enough water to create sauce.
4. Combine pasta with sauce & Salmon.
