Bianca was born in Wanaka, New Zealand into a family restaurant so working hard and being passionate about food was always part of her life.
In 2002, Bianca pioneered fresh home delivered meals in Australia. She has over 20 years experience in food, recipe development, wellness and business.
The Eat Fit Food brand has become recognised as Australia’s most premium respected health food brands. Bianca’s healthy meals created for Eat Fit Food have transformed the lives of thousands of people over nearly 2 decades. Clients have included Hugh Jackman, Miranda Kerr, Ronan Keating, Michael Klim, Cate Blanchatt + many others.
In 2016 Bianca won the Veuve Clicquot New Generation award. She was chosen as the young female entrepreneur who best reflects Madame Clicquot’s values of innovation, audacity and fearlessness.
