BIANCA MONLEY

Bianca was born in Wanaka, NZ, an entrepreneur from a young age, building lemonade stands and gathering watercress in the local swamps to sell to the restaurants.

Her parents restaurant was her playground sourcing local food from the surrounding lakes, rivers and farms, it’s been in her blood from when she was born.

Bianca went onto pioneering the fresh home delivery meal market in Australia when she was only 22 opening her business Eat Fit Food and producing 10,000 meals a week.

Bianca has an extreme passion for nature, food, wellness and is so excited to be bringing people to New Zealand to experience it the way the locals do.

JAKE BERRY

FLY FISHING EXPERT + ADVENTURE GUIDE

Jake Berry is a professional New Zealand Fly Fishing and Hunting Guide. Born and bred in the Wanaka and lower South Island region amongst experienced fisherman Jake caught the adventurous bug at a very young age. He pursued his fascination for fly fishing with great success and quickly gained an extensive understanding of wild trout behaviour, as well as refining the art of fly fishing. Over the last 15 years Jake has grown his skill and knowledge base as a fly fishing guide alongside local fly fishing and hunting experts. Jake combines an enthusiasm for the outdoors and the pursuit of wild New Zealand game, whilst enjoying and sharing his skills and knowledge. Jake provides you with a professional and down-to-earth experience in New Zealand’s wild South Island.

NZ WILD FOOD RETREAT

Depending on where you live, it’s an easy flight into Queenstown Airport, just 3 hours flight from Sydney. A quick trip over the hill, Wanaka is only an hour away and takes you on a stunning scenic drive to Wanaka.

This exclusive experience strikes just the right balance between luxury and adventure, allowing you to dip your toes outside of your comfort zone. Step away from the hustle of everyday life and enjoy great company, delicious cuisine, nature and the sense of doing something new.

Whare Kea Lodge is located on the shores of Lake Wanaka. The fourth largest lake in New Zealand, it is a vast mirror of clear blue waters reflecting the Southern Alps just beyond, home of globally recognised ski fields and the dramatic Mount Aspiring National Park.

Evenings will be spent with a glass of wine or your favourite drink, unwinding, laughing and sharing your day with likeminded adventureurs. Every detail of your trip is taken care of from the moment you arrive at the lodge to the moment you reluctantly go home. This experience is about self development, revitalising, and achieving a huge feeling of accomplishment.
