This dairy free, gluten and vegan recipe is incredibly delicious. Enjoy for dessert or even breakfast. It can be made in advance and in leftover jars to have as an on the go easy breakfast.

Ingredients
 1 cup chia seeds
 2 cups coconut milk
 1 cup coconut cream
 ½ tsp vanilla
 2 tbsp maple syrup
Topping
 100 ml berry juice, sugar free
 4 g agar agar *vegan gelatine found in health food stores
Method
1

1 - Mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, cream, vanilla + maple syrup
2 - Set in fridge

3 - Soak gelatine leafs in heated berry juice. Cool. When puddings have slightly set pour mixture on top to set.

4 - Garnish with edible flowers or berries
